the delivery

• the postage are free for every saddle ordered
• in case of transport problem you will have to let us known soon in order to deal with the company.
• for a small parcel, the postage cost 8€. payment in full at the moment of the order.
• the TH CUIR's saddles are sold complete: with stirrups, stirrup leather and girth.

Garantie

the TH CUIR's saddles are garanteed close to defect of manufacture for two years in the normal conditions of use. In no way the accidents with your saddle outside the riding are garanteed. All modification (or dismontle) of your saddle by the owner stop the garantee. The garantee take great care to the reception of your saddle at the workshop and only for furnitures and work who concern the defect. The postage are payable by the customer.

Convention

in no way a compensation will can be claimed by the customer after an accident with his saddle, even if the garantee applies to the repairing of the saddle. All order approves of knowledge and acceptance of our conditions of sales.
